Curb side pick up is now available at our Toronto location! Choose the “CURB-SIDE PICK UP” option at checkout and you will be emailed a confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is between 2-5 business days.
US SHIPPING
US orders are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is between 1-2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. International orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees and duties.*Varies depending on shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
TWINLASH is not responsible for additional customs charges. Any import taxes or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
